Studio Policy: Lateness and Cancellation

I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. So my policy is as follows: 

Please call, email or text at least 24 hours before your lesson if you need to cancel. This will avoid any charges. However… 
First missed lesson has a 50% penalty. You will owe half of that lesson at your next lesson. After the first time, you must pay for the full missed lesson. 
If you are late for your lesson, you may not receive your full time. Whenever possible, I will attempt to give you the time you have asked for (usually by going over a few minutes). IF any of the above behavior seems to be habitual (repeated lateness, no-shows, late cancellations), then we will need to discuss if you’re truly committed at this time.
In the spirit of fairness, if I have a last minute emergency and must cancel your lesson, or I am late for some reason, I will make it up to you either by making up the time or with a discount at your next lesson.
